Stopped by on vacation. I was so excited because it was kind of late and they were still open. We were seated pretty quickly and then waited 20 mins. We had to get up and ask for a waiter. She came and apologized and explained but her attitude was nice nasty(very passive aggressive) although we told her she was fine. There wasn’t a reason for her attitude outside of maybe being tired. I asked if I could replace the corn on the cob because I have braces and can’t eat it. She asked with what and before I can finish she interrupts and says (with attitude) “you can replace with potatoes and that’s it”. Again attitude unnecessary because I was fine with that. Food came out fairly quickly and ofc it had corn still. She took the bag back to fix. By this time I’m starving and would have much rather she would have just took the one piece of corn and bring potatoes back to the table so I could eat but whatever. I have never in my life experienced a boil with the tablespoon on seasoning they had on the food. I’m from the south and usually it covers all of the food but maybe it’s diff here. We asked if the small amount of season is their norm. She says without answering the original question

Overall, I would give this location 2 stars. We ordered a large seafood platter that cost around $70–$80 and selected "The Boom" seasoning. The positives were that the food came out quickly, fresh, hot, and well-cooked. Michelle was great, the bartender was great, and the service overall was friendly. My dissatisfaction came from the seafood boil itself. The bag was extremely dry. Anyone looking at it could clearly see there was very little sauce or seasoning liquid in the bag. When you visit a seafood boil restaurant, you expect the food to be saturated with the flavor you paid for. I requested a manager, and when he came over, he could visibly see the issue. Instead of addressing it, he explained their protocol and stated that the cooks don't use measuring cups. Honestly, if the bag is visibly dry, what difference does a measuring cup make? The issue was obvious. What was even more disappointing was being told I would be charged extra for what I believe should have already been included in the original order. After spending over $200, I expected a better resolution than being told they don't have measuring cups in the back. Additionally, if someone is representing management

My first time there and the food did not disappoint 100/10. I got the dungeness special and I can say, it's an experience, eating with your hands out of a bag. I'd go again!

Delicious food and awesome staff, the vibe was really great and everyone was so friendly. The experience was seriously wonderful and we go to this spot every year. Definitely a must-try if you like spice!

We had an amazing experience at Crafty Crab!!!! Everything was far more delicious than I expected. The calamari was especially incredible – tender and flavorful. We ordered the $54 combination, and it was not only delicious but also very generous. It was more than enough for two people, and honestly, even three could easily share it. Definitely coming back. Thank you!
